Detailed job description:
- Provide periodic financial dashboards and MIS reports across areas such as revenue, production costs and profitability.
- Studying and analysing GL variances, material costs variances and reporting with reasons for variances.
- Liaise with statutory auditors and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Implement process excellence to demonstrate internal control over financial reporting.
- Review agreements from vendors, customers and partners from commercial and financial perspectives and provide execution versions. Maintain a repository of all contracts and ensure timely renewals.
- Structuring accounting for new businesses and streamlining the same.
- Leading Accounting Automation Projects
Skill and Competencies:
- Ability to work with large data sets and interpret them from a business point of view.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence effectively to highly technical management teams, combined with impeccable business acumen.
- Highly proficient in Excel, google sheets and Zoho
Qualification and experience requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-qualification work experience
