Role: Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance
Eligible: CA or MBA in Finance, with PQE of 1-3 years.
Location: Mumbai
Job description of the role is below:
Assist in handling corporate finance activities like optimal capital structure, event driven financing strategies for entities within Nykaa Group.
Work on financial modelling and scenarios analysis with ability to analyse historical data, growth trends, compute and analyse ratios and ascertain reason for variations.
Review significant corporate transactions in industry and prepare benchmarking reports. Data collation for due diligence process. Data collation would include working with various teams within Nykaa and ensure timely completion of the due diligence process and data room management.
Weekly analysis of changes in shareholding pattern of the company.
Review deliverables from external consultants provide comments and compare the deliverables to the source information.
